I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

If you did not receive an email confirmation of your order please call us at 1 (855) 271-0451 or email us at info@ethylclothing.com

I just placed an order. Can I check the status of the order?

For your convenience you can check the status of your order on our website. Once you have logged into your account. Click on the link to "My Account". On that page you will see your order history. Click on the link for the order number and scroll down to "Fulfillment Status". If the status is "fulfilled" the order has shipped. If you have any questions or concerns you can send us an email at info@ethylclothing.com.

What if an item is unavailable or backordered?

While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Items that are backordered will be indicated in your confirmation.

I received my order, however one item was missing, what should I do?

If you received your order and an item is missing (that is not on backorder) please send us an email at info@ethylclothing.com for further assistance.

My Order fulfillment status is unfulfilled, what does that mean?

Your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped, but has not yet received a tracking number. We are open Monday through Friday and will only ship on these days.

I'm not sure what size I wear. Is there a size chart?

Is it possible to save items in my cart?

You are able to save items to your cart, however to ensure the item is saved in your account and accessible across devices, we recommend that you log into your account and save the items to your wishlist.

What are the online payment options?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card will then be charged when the order is shipped. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you have completed the order.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

You will have the opportunity to enter in your discount code during Step One of the Checkout process.

Sales Tax

Taxes are based on the order's "Ship To" address.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

When you click on the link to login, you can click on the "Forgot my password" link below the form to have an email sent to you with the unique link to reset your password.

Can I return my items?

Yes, you can. We'll even pay for the returns. If you need to return an item, simply place the item(s) in the supplied shipping bag, affix the prepaid return label and send it back to us. You may return unwashed like new or damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our return policy.

Do we ship outside the United States?

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Where do I find the name of a style?

The style name and the style number are located on a tag inside the garment. For pants this is located inside the pants by the waistband. For tops the tag is often near the torso on the left hand side.  A more detailed guide is available here.

How do I find the same style in a different color or fabric?

Search for the style by style name to find its pattern name. Then search again using the pattern name. The pattern name is the first name that is listed in a products title and the style name is the second.  A more detailed guide is available here.
